Classic is happy to offer Trash Out services to Modesto area Property Managers and independent Landlords. When tenants leave behind nasty furniture, appliances and other garbage we will load and haul it away.

We also provide trash hauling to residents who are moving out responsibly and do not want to leave trash behind when they vacate. Often we can Drop a trailer for you to load yourself and haul it away when we come to clean the carpets or for smaller hauls bring the trailer with us and do the loading and cleaning in one shot.

The "Ferocious" 105 lb  dog in the pictures name is Bo. He is shown here attentively guarding the fleet with an intensity rarely seen in any guard dog. His favorite pass times include; napping, long road trips with the window rolled down, attacking water from the garden hose and bullying people out of their human food.
