My landlord needed the carpets cleaned before we could get our security deposit back. I just by chance called Classic carpet care and spoke to Rob, I had never called a professional carpet cleaner/ repair company before. I am so glad that I picked them ! Rob followed up to confirm my appointment and remind me of it the day before he came out. I appreciate that so much, it's so simple, but moving is stressful and it was so nice to know that at least one thing was taken care of. On the phone he asked the square footage and I gave him a rough estimate, he quoted me an extremely reasonable price. I also needed a rip in the carpet repaired, he was so knowledgeable about the ways he could go about repairing it, and what would be the most cost efficient. When it was all done the price he charged me was cheaper than what he quoted me By a lot! I honestly felt like I should have paid more, he got out a huge stain that I thought was permanent. He even gave us advice about how to get our full security deposit back, so knowledgeable!! Basically, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rob of classic carpet care. Now, as a home owner I will definitely call him out again for our new house.

High quality cleaning. I had my sofas, area rug, and 6 dining room tan color chairs cleaned. They look fabulous, and he definitely made me aware of the risks with cleaning this type of cloth. They came out fabulous though and left everything smelling like new. Definitely trustworthy and worth every penny.

Definitely a good call for us. We had a regular cleaner we used for years until he retired. Was disappointed with the last cleaner we tried. I dont like using the overpriced name brand companies. I wanted another small business with decent rates and excellent service. Robert was able to get to us with 2 days notice, at the time we requested. Prompt, courteous, and did a very thorough job. We have found our new "go to" guy.

Very professional. Accommodating, called an hour before our scheduled appointment. I was running late by a couple minutes, he waited patiently for me to arrive. Did not charge any extra fees for waiting/stand by time. Advised me if for any reason I was not satisfied with the service to give him a call back and he would come back and do what he could to make sure I was 100% satisfied.
If you want a good free and quick estimate, and/or sofa(couch) cleaned, this is the company to call.

Highly recommend classic carpet care.. Rob did a beautiful job no more pet smell...i needed my carpet cleaned that same day and he made a way .. Very friendly and kind gentlemen...Knows a lot about carpet cleaning and gave me great tips... The price was right ...Thank you Robert for your services.

Had a small pet smell "emergency" that I needed cleaned ASAP. Called Rob and he came out the same day to clean the carpet in question and ended up doing 3 rooms and the hall for a fantastic price. Rob was very friendly and helpful, even offering to assist with some furniture moves! Highly recommend the service and company.
