"I work for a property management company and we have been extremely happy with Rob's response time and work quality. His prices are fair and professionalism is top notch. I just recently hired him to do a nicotine and smoke remediation at a unit where a smoker lived for 9 years. The place was so gross, walls slick and slimy with nicotine and the smell was so awful, I truly didn't think there was any chance to get that smell out of the place. HE DID IT!!! I am very impressed with the results, thank you Rob! GREAT WORK"

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Cat Urine Emergency — Sectional Couch Saved**
"We had a cleaning emergency: a new kitten had piddled in tiny spots all over our expensive sectional couch over the course of a few days before I figured out what was happening. I tried store-bought enzyme cleaning products to no avail. Several upholstery cleaners I called said cat urine could not be cleaned out of a couch. I hired another service to steam-clean it, which only made the smell worse. I was on the brink of replacing the couch when I called Classic Carpet Care. Robert had a product called Last Resort that he said might do the trick and was able to fit me in quickly. Now the smell is gone and the couch is clean, and he steam-cleaned the carpet in the same room just to be sure no product was left in the room. His service was exceptional and he saved me money by saving my couch! I will call Robert for all of my carpet and upholstery cleaning needs from now on!"

"My landlord needed the carpets cleaned before we could get our security deposit back. I just by chance called Classic Carpet Care and spoke to Rob. On the phone he asked the square footage and I gave him a rough estimate, he quoted me an extremely reasonable price. I also needed a rip in the carpet repaired, he was so knowledgeable about the ways he could go about repairing it, and what would be the most cost efficient. When it was all done the price he charged me was cheaper than what he quoted me by a lot! I honestly felt like I should have paid more, he got out a huge stain that I thought was permanent. He even gave us advice about how to get our full security deposit back, so knowledgeable!! Basically, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rob of Classic Carpet Care."
